Cellar XV’s Dirty Halo
Rimmer: Mix 2 T fine white castor sugar or brown demerara sugar with ¼ t cinnamon. Dip the rim of the glass into maple syrup. (If your syrup is very thick, thin with water or coffee.) Dip wet rim into sugar mixture for the ‘halo’. Add ice for on the rocks, or not, and fill with Vermont Ice Maple Cream.
Vermont Maple Cream Martini
Combine 2 oz. Vermont Ice Maple Crème Liqueur with 2 oz. Vodka and 4 oz. cream. Shake in cocktail shaker over ice and pour into martini glass. Top with Maple Sugar
Vermont Maple Northern Comfort
Pour 2.5 oz Vermont Ice Maple Crème, 1.0 oz Whiskey, dash Maple syrup into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously so that drink becomes slightly frothy. Strain into cocktail glass, garnish with fresh grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
Vermont Maple Iced Coffee
Combine 1 oz Vermont Ice Maple Crème Liqueur, 2 oz water, ½ oz milk, 1 t sugar, 1 ½ t instant coffee in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing ice and enjoy!
